Winter is not quite here yet, but it won’t be long before the North wind blows. This is for some a daunting thought, but don’t despair. Light the BBQ, poor a nice glass of red wine, prepare the chestnuts while the fire roars, then when the flames become red hot ashes that resemble volcanic ash, place the chestnuts to cook while you are slowly downing that almost black Sardinian wine, which takes hold of you and forces you to keep on tasting until you have finished the bottle, then when they are ready to eat ( best to eat hot ) you can always open another bottle. These are the two things I like about winter.
This is for me one of the best ways to chill out by warming up next to the company of a fire with a red wine. I do this quite often with my guests that stay at Trekking cottage apartment.

Lots of people all over WP have been complaining about missing like buttons for days. Don’t worry too much about it, it seems to go away. A peaceful evening to you as well.
