Eat what you want and stay slim.

To stay healthy means to eat healthy so I’m not complaining as I love the Mediterranean diet and eating outside. Plus the fact that you can eat so much and remain in form. Its normal here to eat at least 3 different dishes, a starter which normally can be any of a number of things or just one of the items, for example-: salami, Parma ham, cheese, olives, salad, bread, etc then pasta, then main dish which is meat or fish, followed by fresh fruit, nuts etc, then maybe coffee. Of course always a nice glass of wine or two.
