When it rains and I can’t go out and about, I start to get inventive in the kitchen. It makes me feel like cooking, I don’t know if other people feel this way but I certainly do. So today I cooked Swordfish to eat with spaghetti and I can honesty say it was delicious and cost less than 10€. Time taken to prepare and cook was about 40 minutes. Tonight it’s one of my old favourites Mussels and crusty bread. I hope it doesn’t rain for to long as it might have an effect on my waistline.
