Due to heavy rain which has not stopped much for several weeks, I managed to get out exploring again on my mountain bike. I suppose being the fact it hasn’t rained for almost a year I shouldn’t complain. It was so nice to see the dried up rivers running full bore at the Grotte di San Giovanni, with a defining sound, I haven’t seen this for a couple of years. Beyond the cave was just as wonderful more streams adding a lovely musical sound of running water as I passed through the forest trail, to arrive at the spring of fresh clean water which was a joy to taste.
