I do like to keep things simple and healthy.

I was pushed for time today but feeling rather hungry so I popped into the local supermarket and bought a sack of mussels and a fillet of fresh tuna. Cut the Tuna into small pieces and cooked in a pan with, olive oil, onion, garlic, chilli, fresh cherry tomatoes, white wine, for around 10 to 15 minutes, then added the mussels and cooked until they opened, added the freshly boiled pasta, mixed well and served, garnish with parsley or basil, to accompany a nice white wine or rose. This took just 30 minutes to prepare and cook and cost less than £10 inc wine. When you cook don’t think big think simple.
