I had to go into Iglesias my local town this morning, and couldn’t resist going to the fish market, where i decided to buy these fresh caught local Octopuses. But i can’t decide on the best way to cook them. So if you have any ideas i would love to hear from you. Normally i cook them in wine, chilli, garlic, oil, tomatoes. But always seem to be tough no matter how long i cook it. .
