Making a trip to the local market at Iglesias Is Always a pleasure. You will find fresh fruit, vegetables, fresh and salted fish, cheese, wine, olive’s, clothes, shoes, and much much more. But I have to say that every time i walk past the cheese and salami stall I find it hard not to stop and taste one or two cheeses before buying. One of my favourites is Pastore Sardo which is made from sheep’s milk and comes young or mature, both are nice with some fresh baked bread then topped with some oil and salt. I hope that Iglesias does not change and keeps it old traditions, and I can continue to live how life was.
