Had a pleasant day yesterday sorting out some bits and pieces on my boat. Ora la barca è pronta.

I even tried my hand at cooking on board ( My Way ) Incase my guests might want a cooked lunch, but with limited space I needed to keep it simple. All in all it went very well with pesce spada ( swordfish ) cooked in olive oil, garlic, fresh tomatoes, beer, garnished with plenty of fresh parsley.
